We provide dental care and related services as permitted by law in the Province of Ontario. Services are subject to availability and professional judgment of our licensed practitioners.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Payments and Insurance

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
• We accept most dental insurance plans, but patients are responsible for understanding their coverage and paying any outstanding balances.
• Any fees not covered by insurance remain the patient’s responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our dental professionals follow industry standards of care. However, results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Islington Dental Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must provide accurate medical and personal information, follow treatment instructions, and promptly update us about changes in health or contact details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and patient resources are the property of Islington Dental Clinic and may not be copied or used without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
